About the test

The questions come from the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP), a public-domain collection used in research on the Big Five personality traits. Your percentiles compare your answers with published research samples; they describe tendencies, not fixed traits, and can change over time. Archetype names are our own labels for patterns of scores and are not scientific categories.

We do not claim that the service is clinically validated, and we do not use the names of other commercial personality systems.

The AI coach

The coach's replies are generated by AI from your scores and our content library. They can be wrong or incomplete. The coach is not therapy, counselling or a crisis service.
