Subscription terms

These terms explain how paid access works. They form part of our Terms of Service.

Trial and price

  • Trial: 7 days of full access for the trial price shown at checkout, charged when you start.
  • Subscription: unless you cancel during the trial, your subscription continues at the monthly price shown at checkout per month. The first full charge happens when the trial ends, 7 days after you start, and then every month on the same date.
  • The exact amounts, currency, the date of the first full charge and how to cancel are shown next to the payment button before you pay, and repeated in your confirmation email.
  • Sales tax or VAT is calculated by Stripe Tax based on your location and shown at checkout. EU prices include VAT.

Reminder before your first full charge

We email you before the trial ends with the date and amount of the first full charge and a one-click cancel link.

Cancelling

  • Cancel at any time in one click from your account page (it opens the Stripe customer portal), or from the link in any of our emails.
  • If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged the monthly price, and you keep access until the trial ends.
  • If you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • We email you a confirmation when you cancel.

One-time report

If you were offered the one-time report instead, you pay the price shown at checkout once for the full short-test report. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it and we will email you. You can update your card from your account page. Access continues while retries are in progress; if they all fail, the subscription ends.

Price changes

If we change the monthly price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

EU and UK customers

You get access to digital content immediately. At checkout we ask you to agree to immediate access and to acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund policy.
